From their interesting, somewhat counterintuitive perspective on the how's and why's of second-order shifts (explained in detail in the book-- you'll understand and be amazed) and how such shifts are integral to good problem formulation, problem resolution, and therapy in general. This book is easy to understand and very complex concepts are explained well. I feel I can use what I have learned right away-- a definite plus.
