i like to read A LOT of bio/science/nutrition/health books on veganism and vitamins and such, and this one was pretty basic. it is small and written in a very "easy read" type of way, but because of that it lacks content. it is not "in depth" and is something that would serve best as an introduction to teach an elementary student about nutrition. still a good book, but very basic.
